My name is Todd Sontag. I am a family medicine physician practicing in Orange Park, Middleburg, Penney Farms and Fleming Island, Florida. Our offices provide primary care for residents from all over northeast Florida and south Georgia including Oakleaf, Green Cove Springs and Lake Asbury. I practice evidence-based medicine thereby providing my patients with the most accurate and appropriate treatments. I completed my residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and am trained to treat all ages from babies to kids to women’s health to geriatrics and everything else inbetween.
